- The customer must satisfy that product is identical: including brand, model, product code (SKU) and colour;
- The competitor's offer must be verifiable by Spotlight;
- The competitor has stock available (i.e. no backorders or rainchecks) in the quantity requested and available for immediate purchase in Australia;
- The competitor's price must include all associated costs, including GST, delivery charges and insurance and handling (where applicable);
- If either the competitor's product or our product is bundled with other products or bonuses (ie. offers) then both offers must be identical to be eligible for the Bargain Guarantee;
- The competitor whose pricing you are seeking to match MUST have a physical retail store in Australia and must either:
- Have a store within 30km of the Spotlight store at which you are seeking a price match; OR
- Be capable of delivering the product to your residence, with the competitor’s price including all delivery costs to your location (see the all-costs condition above).
- The Bargain Guarantee offer excludes trade buyers, wholesalers, importers, warehouses, auctions and auction sites, duty free, liquidation and clearance sales or if it is part of a larger order/quote or a corporate discount;
- The Bargain Guarantee offer excludes cash back offers or any vouchers offered by the competitor or the competitor's vendors;
- We can take into account the value of any valid cash backs, discounts or vouchers offered by Spotlight or Spotlight's vendors in the final purchase price; and
The Bargain Guarantee offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
